todae went for training at west coast park
the sun dam dam hot la
like dun noe wat lo(till the side of eye kena burn)

lucky got joel 's sunblock,if not lobster like

SPu was there too,with their holidae training
then 1plus we skim with a small group of SPU people
the game was fun
althought they are new,they got people who can jump,run
hope they oso will come down for ZD training,then ZD will hav more jumpers
hahas
came home n fell aslp
tired man...
b4 we left ruby told mi,i hav to go up one more level liao
the next barrier
(take,give and run)
constantly moving as a handler
well, honestly not that i dun wan bt i onli do that sometimes
now hav to do it all the time ba
hopes my legs can tahan,recently, the legs not doin very well, like:
ankle will kena "locked" the walk oso pain
left knee cant exert force
thighs feels heavy

ysterdae was the ZD bbq,dam fun la
we meet up at CWP for movie (night at the museum 2)
it was nice,bt the place we sit not so nice

the some of the first row ppl sit on the floor instead of the chair

then we went to get drinks
rudy they all got vodak
we then take a dam long bus to neh 's hse at yishun sapphire
super long la,the 169,lucky i was talking to tabatha so not so bad
we then split up to prepare,some others played
bloang yangjie wif their guitar
some playing the math card game (peiling teach us de,dam fun and exciting es)p if the loser nid kiss jim, n ruby lost so he kissed jim)

we then bbq this n that
but the food not much..so didnt eat much
then ltr the night they start drinking
the juniors(some la) drink the mixed vodak lucky none juz druck like hwee siang n jim
jim was dam horny aft 4 shots of vodak
HW got two shot bt quite alot too
jim did alot of horny funny stuff(more details approach friendly ZD members)
the hwee siang was like hugging everyone( HW: "free hugs people!")

when we left derek and renee was holding on to hw(like carrying la)
then thats where all the scandal thingy come out

freaking funny,poor renee carry him wif help from derek(which ltr changed to bernard)
she was swearing by the time we reach sembawang mrt
