todae went for training
did the physical training stuff..
then skirmage,was fun man.i assisted for 2 fast point
(turn over then i put it into the end zone)
btw we were playing the summar league team vs non summar ppl
summar ppl won 13-3
good game to both teams
nid better flows
n in cuts
like always we nid to be very discipline in wat we are doin
althought it is simple,no fancy plays
bt if we cant even do that well wat can we do well
hori at the start
call a play if turn over is near the endzone
otherwise
setup a vertical stack at the endzone when we are progressing up
(ZD ppl reading this,mus rmb to stack up!!!)
other than that good job ppl

then had lunch n actually wanted to study bt we got a new idea of playing badminton n slacking
so went vice cap there play
volleyball,badminton,frisbee
then last dogueball

the rain was dam freezing la,nice lo,cooling
