bt todae we got two more additionals to the post jeffery s bdae bbq n the soccer game
ok lets start with training
todae we split into opens n non opens team
those goin sg opens are training alot hard
while the rest (lead by renee sharon n siggy) focus on the basic
with the few amount of ppl in the team
the drill is like mad la,aft u do at ur 100%
u come back to the stack,awhile onli ur turn again

after training got lunch changed to new clothes n off to vista park for jeffery bdae bbq
at first weird weird de cuz dun noe anyone then the rest came so it got better.
